While they have helped clients buy and sell homes from Nassau County to Ponte Vedra Beach, their major expertise is the historic districts of Springfield, Riverside, Avondale, San Marco and the coastal communities of Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach.

Outside of real estate, Linda can be found on the tennis court or at her second home on Amelia Island. Her prior experience as a small business owner in the legal industry gives her unique insight, helping her clients to understand the many contractual implications of their transaction.
Sarah holds a business degree in finance and computer science and worked in banking prior to real estate. As a longtime yogi, she is a calming force for anxious clients. In recent years, she has taken to traveling the world – often on a scooter – with her husband Bill, a well-known residential architect in Jacksonville.
